Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven company
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and levels
- Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding hand-off
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive outreach, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
- Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content that attracts top-tier candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and culture fit
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and report on hiring progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader People team to enhance the candidate experience and refine our employer brand
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process
- Stay on top of talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in modern recruiting
