- Global sourcing experience with track record in major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models.
- Goal-oriented with a doer mindset.
Responsibilities
- Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide.
- Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack.
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
- Own the candidate journey from discovery call to closing.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
