  • Global sourcing experience with track record in major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models.
  • Goal-oriented with a doer mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide.
  • Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
  • Own the candidate journey from discovery call to closing.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
