Requirements
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with application security or developer tools.
- Working knowledge of application security fundamentals.
- Exposure to security tools ecosystem including scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
- Background in technical program management, technical account management, or scaled customer success.
- Fluent in Korean.
- Advanced in English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of customers.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience across accounts.
- Deliver high-touch support and conduct independent analysis and triage.
- Develop and own repeatable workflows to scale self-service-led entry.
- Act as an external-facing technical program manager identifying process gaps.
- Translate pentesting findings and vulnerability data into actionable guidance.
- Build and maintain customer-facing documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to triage scan results.
