- 2-3 years experience in Customer Success
- Strong understanding of the K12 education competitive landscape
- Strong organizational, analytical and detail-oriented thinking skills
- Ability to operate in a highly efficient, goal-oriented environment
- Excellent CS strategy acumen
- Business development and negotiating skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, presentation and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and delivering outcomes
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a book of business across assigned territories
- Ensure customer delight throughout the lifecycle
- Identify and document risks with oversight
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Education teams
- Lead strategic customer conversations regarding product value
- Drive advanced product adoption and scalable solutions
- Analyze feedback and success metrics for actionable insights
- Execute retention strategies and mitigate churn
- Monitor new customer onboarding
- Provide mentorship in CSM best practices
