- 5+ years in Customer Success, strategic account management, or senior post-sale role in B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or technical infrastructure.
- Proven track record of driving retention and expansion.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to work with AEs.
- Autonomous builder capable of shaping a new function.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of named Enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Drive measurable business outcomes through success plans aligned with customer goals.
- Orchestrate internal resources including Sales, Product, and Support.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and maintain executive relationships.
- Manage risk, renewal strategy, and expansion sourcing.
- Shape and document the operating model and playbooks for the CS function.
