Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, including leadership or team management responsibilities.
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce and modern revenue and billing platforms, with the ability to design scalable system architecture rather than only operate tools.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy, pricing impacts, and how revenue decisions affect multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with key SaaS metrics such as LTV, CAC, NRR, and pipeline velocity.
- Proven ability to act as a cross-functional connector between commercial, product, engineering, and finance teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.
- Strong builder mindset with a focus on automation, system design, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and continuous optimization of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, identifying operational friction and building scalable systems to improve deal velocity and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership on pricing, packaging, deal structuring, and overall go-to-market strategy execution.
- Own and evolve the revenue tech stack, ensuring Salesforce, HubSpot, and billing systems operate as a unified source of truth across the organization.
- Design and implement automated quote-to-cash workflows, ensuring accurate, structured, and auditable handoffs between GTM teams and Finance.
- Improve forecasting and revenue intelligence by developing data-driven models that enhance pipeline visibility and business predictability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align revenue operations processes and systems.
- Manage and mentor the Revenue Operations team, ensuring priorities, development, and execution align with organizational growth goals.
