Requirements

  • 8+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Significant experience managing teams and advising executive leadership.
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce.
  • Experience with modern billing/revenue engines such as BillingPlatform.
  • Analytical rigor with complex metrics like LTV, CAC, NRR, and pipeline velocity.
  • Proven ability to design architecture and build scalable systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide candid feedback.
  • Highly collaborative approach to cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the end-to-end journey from Lead to Renewal.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CRO and executive leadership on pricing strategy, packaging, and deal structuring.
  • Lead the Deal Desk function, coordinating approvals across departments.
  • Move pipeline forecasting from manual exercises to proactive, data-driven models.
  • Own the roadmap, health, and evolution of the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, BillingPlatform).
  • Design and optimize GTM workflows and business rules within BillingPlatform.
  • Ensure high data integrity and automate manual spreadsheets.
  • Lead and mentor the RevOps team.
