Requirements
- 4-6 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Direct experience supporting a channel or partnerships motion.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), including custom objects and channel configuration.
- Deep understanding of partner attribution methodologies (source vs. influence, co-sell vs. resell).
- Experience with partner tooling like PRM platforms or account mapping tools (Crossbeam or Reveal) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline reporting for indirect and complex sales motions.
- Strong ability to translate complex attribution logic into plain language for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the pipeline infrastructure for the partnerships motion.
- Define stage logic, attribution models, and deal tracking for partner revenue.
- Configure and maintain the CRM architecture for partner engagement.
- Partner with Finance to model and track overlay compensation for partnership-involved deals.
- Own partner-facing tooling and configure workflows to reduce manual coordination.
- Build reporting for pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and conversion benchmarks.
- Act as the RevOps voice at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, and Finance.
