Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep hands-on Salesforce administration and architecture experience (flows, automation, reporting, permissions, object design)
- Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership as a trusted operational advisor
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical system execution
- Experience with tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, CPQ platforms, and sales engagement technologies (preferred)
- Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows or automation within GTM systems (plus)
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, governance, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related GTM systems
- Lead CRM hygiene initiatives and establish scalable processes for data quality, field governance, and automation
- Own account routing, lead governance, territory assignment logic, and account ownership management
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that drive actionable insights
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships leadership
- Support Sales leadership with funnel accountability, QBR preparation, and territory design
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled sales processes and automation
