Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in SaaS/technology.
  • 2+ years of experience managing operational or systems-focused team members.
  • Demonstrated experience owning CRM-driven GTM lifecycle and revenue operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce capabilities (reports, dashboards, automation).
  • Experience translating business needs into technical system requirements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Experience in both U.S. and international markets preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders on Salesforce strategy for the GTM organization.
  • Manage Salesforce backlog items and coordinate releases with Business Technology.
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce data governance, quality, and security standards.
  • Own end-to-end GTM lifecycle architecture in Salesforce.
  • Maintain cohesive GTM systems architecture across Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Lead process mapping initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements.
  • Establish reporting standards for revenue and operational visibility.
  • Manage and develop a team of three specialists.
