Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in SaaS/technology.
- 2+ years of experience managing operational or systems-focused team members.
- Demonstrated experience owning CRM-driven GTM lifecycle and revenue operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce capabilities (reports, dashboards, automation).
- Experience translating business needs into technical system requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and data integrity.
- Experience in both U.S. and international markets preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders on Salesforce strategy for the GTM organization.
- Manage Salesforce backlog items and coordinate releases with Business Technology.
- Establish and maintain Salesforce data governance, quality, and security standards.
- Own end-to-end GTM lifecycle architecture in Salesforce.
- Maintain cohesive GTM systems architecture across Salesforce and other platforms.
- Lead process mapping initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements.
- Establish reporting standards for revenue and operational visibility.
- Manage and develop a team of three specialists.
