Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market operations
  • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry
  • Strong experience managing and maintaining CRM systems including pipeline management, reporting and data hygiene
  • Demonstrated ability to map complex enterprise organizations and support account-based sales strategies
  • Experience preparing for industry conferences and events
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and executives

Responsibilities

  • Support CRM management, including pipeline tracking, data governance, and overall CRM hygiene
  • Build and maintain account and organizational maps for financial institution targets
  • Coordinate industry conferences and events, including prospect targeting, meeting scheduling, and follow-up
  • Lead cross-functional project management for key go-to-market initiatives
  • Support pipeline reporting and forecasting for internal stakeholders
  • Review pipeline deals to identify strategies and patterns behind successful outcomes
  • Prepare and manage sales materials to support pipeline progression and deal conversion
