Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market operations
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong experience managing and maintaining CRM systems including pipeline management, reporting and data hygiene
- Demonstrated ability to map complex enterprise organizations and support account-based sales strategies
- Experience preparing for industry conferences and events
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and executives
Responsibilities
- Support CRM management, including pipeline tracking, data governance, and overall CRM hygiene
- Build and maintain account and organizational maps for financial institution targets
- Coordinate industry conferences and events, including prospect targeting, meeting scheduling, and follow-up
- Lead cross-functional project management for key go-to-market initiatives
- Support pipeline reporting and forecasting for internal stakeholders
- Review pipeline deals to identify strategies and patterns behind successful outcomes
- Prepare and manage sales materials to support pipeline progression and deal conversion
