- Own the architecture, governance, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related GTM systems
- Lead CRM hygiene initiatives and establish scalable processes for data quality, field governance, and automation
- Own account routing, lead governance, territory assignment logic, and account ownership management
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that drive actionable insights
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships leadership
- Support Sales leadership with funnel accountability, QBR preparation, and territory design
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled sales processes and automation
