- Strong experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and/or YouTube.
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience creating or coordinating visual and video content.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of engagement metrics and social media KPIs.
- Highly organized and execution-focused.
- Thrives in fast-moving marketing environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage structured content calendars across platforms.
- Define and track KPIs including engagement, growth, reach, and conversions.
- Write, edit, and publish content across social channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop multimedia assets.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions daily.
- Support paid and organic social campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and build weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize social media performance.
