  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating or coordinating visual and video content.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of engagement metrics and social media KPIs.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused.
  • Thrives in fast-moving marketing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage structured content calendars across platforms.
  • Define and track KPIs including engagement, growth, reach, and conversions.
  • Write, edit, and publish content across social channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop multimedia assets.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions daily.
  • Support paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and build weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize social media performance.
