Requirements
- 1-2+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom).
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable analyzing usage data and metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High adaptability to fast-paced technology-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients as their primary contact.
- Manage client onboarding, product education, and training sessions.
- Monitor client usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and churn risks.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Present business reviews showcasing ROI and usage insights.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
- Advocate for client needs to influence internal product and process decisions.
