Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom).
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable analyzing usage data and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High adaptability to fast-paced technology-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients as their primary contact.
  • Manage client onboarding, product education, and training sessions.
  • Monitor client usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and churn risks.
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Present business reviews showcasing ROI and usage insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
  • Advocate for client needs to influence internal product and process decisions.
