Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS or software company
- Experience creating digital marketing content and using digital marketing tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or finance preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts on both a 1:1 and a 1:Many basis
- Represent the voice of the Customer to provide input into core product, marketing, and sales processes
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Create digital content to drive high product usage
- Develop and leverage product expertise
- Leverage data to optimize customer playbooks
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Engage with customers from onboarding through value realization
