Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS or software company
  • Experience creating digital marketing content and using digital marketing tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or finance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts on both a 1:1 and a 1:Many basis
  • Represent the voice of the Customer to provide input into core product, marketing, and sales processes
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Create digital content to drive high product usage
  • Develop and leverage product expertise
  • Leverage data to optimize customer playbooks
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Engage with customers from onboarding through value realization
