Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media campaign management
- Proven ability to plan and optimize campaigns for measurable results
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics/reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and project coordination tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for internal collaboration
- Basic English proficiency
- Portfolio evidence of past campaigns
- Experience leading or mentoring paid media teams
- Knowledge of HubSpot, CallRail, and full marketing attribution setup
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Local) and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Collaborate with Marketing Advisors, developers, and project managers to align campaigns with business goals
- Allocate budgets effectively and monitor pacing to maximize ROI
- Generate reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights
- Write ad copy and support basic creative production
- Set up tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, landing page collaboration)
- Mentor and support junior paid media specialists (senior hire only)
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities
