Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing support role with a technical specialization.
  • Experience writing code in academic or commercial settings.
  • Understanding and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical users.
  • Confidence in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive chat and email support for merchants during onboarding and maintenance.
  • Complete onboarding tasks requiring front-end development on Shopify storefronts.
  • Install Okendo widgets and perform feature setup steps.
  • Customize widgets and investigate front-end bugs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to communicate customer feedback and product enhancements.
  • Contribute to internal technical documentation and support resources.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and pre-sales activities.
