Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing support role with a technical specialization.
- Experience writing code in academic or commercial settings.
- Understanding and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical users.
- Confidence in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive chat and email support for merchants during onboarding and maintenance.
- Complete onboarding tasks requiring front-end development on Shopify storefronts.
- Install Okendo widgets and perform feature setup steps.
- Customize widgets and investigate front-end bugs.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate customer feedback and product enhancements.
- Contribute to internal technical documentation and support resources.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and pre-sales activities.
