  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in security, networking, or software
  • 3+ years leading a sales team focused on new business
  • Hunter mentality with experience in new demand generation
  • Successful experience closing complex Enterprise sales
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ and $1m+
  • Experience fostering relationships with partners and C-level executives
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies (MEDDIC, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire a world class team of enterprise sellers
  • Manage and enable enterprise sellers to hit key productivity metrics
  • Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation
  • Develop an overall account strategy for the region
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering for product demonstrations
  • Build partnerships with customers focusing on value realization
  • Forecast monthly/quarterly revenue to executive leadership
  • Develop strategic relationships with channel partners
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Close new business at executive levels in enterprise accounts
