Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in K-12 or fintech SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and productivity requirements.
- Strong relationship-management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Understanding of the K-12 industry.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of sales cycles from prospecting, discovery, and platform demos to close.
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound calls, email, events, and face-to-face meetings.
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing initiatives and leverage them in sales opportunities.
- Act as an evangelist for KEV products, services, and brand.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
- Attend industry conferences as a KEV representative.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the CRM system.
