Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in K-12 or fintech SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and productivity requirements.
  • Strong relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the K-12 industry.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of sales cycles from prospecting, discovery, and platform demos to close.
  • Build a robust pipeline through outbound calls, email, events, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Meet and exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing initiatives and leverage them in sales opportunities.
  • Act as an evangelist for KEV products, services, and brand.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Attend industry conferences as a KEV representative.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the CRM system.
