Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency, startup, or corporate environments, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social networks
- Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and productivity tools like Google Workspace
- Solid understanding of structured interviewing, fair hiring practices, and unbiased candidate evaluation techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and candidate closure for high-volume roles
- Proactively source active and passive talent using LinkedIn, referrals, networking channels, job boards, and direct outreach strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, align expectations, and ensure structured and effective hiring processes
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are embedded throughout sourcing and selection activities
- Maintain accurate ATS records, ensuring clean pipeline tracking, requisition updates, and recruiting metrics visibility
- Support consistent recruiting processes, compliance standards, and candidate experience excellence
- Deliver a high-touch, professional, and engaging experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
