Requirements
- Significant experience in a People Business Partner capacity.
- Experience supporting a global organisation at scale.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and multi-jurisdictional situations.
- Proven ability to drive talent strategy including succession planning and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence at a senior leadership level.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience working remotely (plus).
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across client groups.
- Own and resolve complex employee relations cases with commercial awareness.
- Guide and coach Associate/People Business Partners.
- Lead talent strategy execution including performance calibration and succession planning.
- Serve as an escalation point on complex People Partner and employee relations issues.
- Use people data and talent insights to identify trends and inform strategy.
- Leverage AI tools in talent infrastructure workflows.
- Drive high-value cross-functional projects shaping the employee experience.
