Requirements
- Significant experience in a People Business Partner capacity supporting a global organization at scale.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and multi-jurisdictional situations.
- Proven ability to drive talent strategy including performance management and succession planning.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence at a senior leadership level.
- High level of discretion and integrity.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across client groups on org design and talent strategy.
- Own and resolve complex employee relations cases with commercial awareness.
- Guide and coach associate/people business partners.
- Lead talent strategy execution including performance calibration, succession planning, and development.
- Serve as an escalation point on complex people and employee relations issues.
- Use people data and talent insights to drive proactive interventions.
- Leverage AI tools in HR processes.
- Contribute to the design of people programs and frameworks.
- Drive high-value cross-functional projects.
- Coach and mentor fellow people team members.
