Requirements
- 7-8 years HR generalist experience.
- 3-4 years experience supporting GTM Functions.
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, APAC).
- Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with executive-level leaders.
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior HR team members.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing change and transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of core HR operations and labor law.
- Ability to operate with autonomy.
- AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR Business Partner for Go-To-Market Executives and Managers.
- Create and execute the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan.
- Coach C-Suite members and leaders on people initiatives and organizational performance.
- Lead cyclical HR processes including performance management, compensation, and promotions.
- Monitor and report on divisional workforce data for decision making.
- Drive engagement action planning and communications.
- Provide coaching on employee relations, conduct, and performance management.
- Lead global HR projects such as setting up legal entities or DEI initiatives.
- Mentor junior members of the People Experience Team.
- Act as geographic people lead for the USA region.
