Requirements

  • 7-8 years HR generalist experience.
  • 3-4 years experience supporting GTM Functions.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, APAC).
  • Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with executive-level leaders.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior HR team members.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing change and transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of core HR operations and labor law.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy.
  • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR Business Partner for Go-To-Market Executives and Managers.
  • Create and execute the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan.
  • Coach C-Suite members and leaders on people initiatives and organizational performance.
  • Lead cyclical HR processes including performance management, compensation, and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on divisional workforce data for decision making.
  • Drive engagement action planning and communications.
  • Provide coaching on employee relations, conduct, and performance management.
  • Lead global HR projects such as setting up legal entities or DEI initiatives.
  • Mentor junior members of the People Experience Team.
  • Act as geographic people lead for the USA region.
