Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with senior leaders across Sales and Customer-facing functions.
  • Use AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance HR processes and analyze trends.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational design, and performance management.
  • Leverage people analytics to influence decision-making.
  • Lead and manage HR-related projects across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
  • Support leaders in navigating growth and building AI-augmented workforce strategies.
  • Drive adoption of people programs through data-backed recommendations.
  • Contribute to global HR initiatives.
