Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with senior leaders across Sales and Customer-facing functions.
- Use AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance HR processes and analyze trends.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational design, and performance management.
- Leverage people analytics to influence decision-making.
- Lead and manage HR-related projects across multiple teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
- Support leaders in navigating growth and building AI-augmented workforce strategies.
- Drive adoption of people programs through data-backed recommendations.
- Contribute to global HR initiatives.
