Requirements

  • 7-8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in SaaS or scale-up environments.
  • 3-4 years of experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, APAC).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a trusted advisor to executive-level leaders.
  • Experience managing change and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws in multiple jurisdictions.
  • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR point of contact for GTM Executives and managers.
  • Create and execute the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan.
  • Coach and advise C-Suite members on organizational performance.
  • Lead cyclical HR processes including performance management, compensation, and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on divisional workforce data to inform decision-making.
  • Drive engagement action planning and team communications.
  • Provide coaching on tactical employee relations, conduct, and performance management.
  • Lead global HR initiatives such as legal entity setup and DEI projects.
  • Mentor and upskill junior members of the People Experience Team.
  • Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, and process improvements.
