Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in paid media or growth marketing.
- Track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through paid acquisition.
- Experience managing six- or seven-figure paid media budgets.
- Expertise in LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, CTV, and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense).
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and demand generation.
- Ability to forecast performance and model CAC/LTV.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and BI tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve paid media strategy aligned to revenue targets.
- Develop annual and quarterly acquisition plans.
- Lead testing roadmap across channels including AI-driven experimentation.
- Forecast spend, performance, and ROI using AI-assisted modeling.
- Manage agency relationships, performance benchmarks, and scope.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Brand teams.
- Build dashboards and attribution insights for executive reporting.
- Allocate and optimize significant paid media budget.
