Requirements
- Four-year college degree
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps
- Experience leading discovery and experimentation efforts
- Advanced analytical capabilities for defining KPIs and building business cases
- Experience writing detailed product requirement documents and leading sprint planning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and system design
Responsibilities
- Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform
- Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch and iteration
- Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support teams
- Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications
- Lead comprehensive QA processes and define acceptance criteria
- Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders
- Drive Go-to-Market strategies and support feature adoption
