- Transform unstructured call summarizations into clinical-grade SOAP notes.
- Leverage foundation models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet to extract structured clinical facts.
- Develop prompt generation strategies and agent behavior logic.
- Define guardrails for AI interactions.
- Ensure human-aware AI engagement for patient sentiment and care gaps.
