Requirements
- Experience building agents, experimenting with novel prompting approaches, or shipping AI tools as side projects
- Comfortable with Python, Javascript, or Ruby
- Proficient with Git
- Knowledge of testing and shipping real software
- Self-starter and hacker profile
- Clear communication skills
- Curious and opinionated about AI tooling
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of your project — from scoping through to shipped, production-ready code
- Building and iterating on AI systems: LLM pipelines, agents, retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, or prompt optimization
- Writing production-quality, tested, well documented code for people and agents
- Participating in daily standups, code reviews, and architecture discussions
- Driving SOTA AI practices and tool usage
- Helping the team level up on AI
- Presenting your work to the team and leadership at the end of the program
