Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in science/technology and/or business-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing sales/account management.
- Strong business acumen.
- Knowledge of plastics and plastics processing.
- Strong focus on specialty materials.
- Outstanding communication skills on all hierarchy levels.
- Negotiation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Full proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a strategic account plan.
- Contribute to develop the sales plan, both strategically and tactically.
- Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan.
- Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts.
- Identify long term business opportunities.
- Define and implement projects with focus on key products, processes and innovation.
- Lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s).
- Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities.
- Monitor the complaint process.
- Monitor the account’s payment behaviour.
