Responsibilities
- Orchestrate outreach and segmentation of existing lead flow to identify high-value opportunities.
- Prepare and conduct discovery calls to translate business problems into AI-driven technical requirements.
- Evaluate client data and objectives to determine technical and economic viability of AI solutions.
- Lead rapid validation sprints to prove technical viability of projects.
- Draft detailed Statements of Work in PandaDoc defining milestones and deliverables.
- Manage leads and maintain accuracy on the HubSpot Kanban board.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and weekly updates.
- Develop 30-90 day strategic roadmaps for clients to ensure continuous value delivery.
- Monitor interaction quality using automated AI call-scoring systems.
