Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate outreach and segmentation of existing lead flow to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct discovery calls to translate business problems into AI-driven technical requirements.
  • Evaluate client data and objectives to determine technical and economic viability of AI solutions.
  • Lead rapid validation sprints to prove technical viability of projects.
  • Draft detailed Statements of Work in PandaDoc defining milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage leads and maintain accuracy on the HubSpot Kanban board.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and weekly updates.
  • Develop 30-90 day strategic roadmaps for clients to ensure continuous value delivery.
  • Monitor interaction quality using automated AI call-scoring systems.
