Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- 3+ years inside or outside sales experience.
- 2+ years carrier telecommunications sales experience and/or experience with Special Access Products (Ethernet, Sonet, DS3s, t-1s).
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with C-suite and other levels of management.
- Proficiency in maintaining databases and sales documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing account base and grow carrier/wholesale accounts.
- Manage new sales from contract through CAA project to final customer acceptance.
- Manage Metasolv records and ensure data standards for provisioning systems.
- Handle MACD (moves, adds, changes, deletions) and customer credit negotiations.
- Renew carrier contracts and conduct customer outreach.
- Guide customers through TDS special construction (ATC) process.
- Develop annual tactical growth and retention plans.
- Maintain customer information and sales forecasts.
- Participate in professional development and maintain technical knowledge.
