Requirements
- 2+ years experience building outbound or revenue systems in a B2B agency or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience as a Clay power user building complex workflows.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic Python/JS.
- Deep understanding of ICPs and outbound-to-pipeline performance.
- Experience with the GTM tooling ecosystem and enrichment tools.
- Native or advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
- Self-directed ability to define system architecture and ship projects.
- Familiarity with RevOps or outbound operations.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP definition to campaign launch.
- Build advanced Clay workflows including enrichment waterfalls and AI columns.
- Design and implement signal-based triggers such as job changes and funding rounds.
- Build multi-channel automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
- Leverage AI tools for hyper-personalized outreach at scale.
- Write lightweight Python or JS snippets for custom integrations.
- Brief Outbound Strategists on new workflows, intent signals, and targeting.
