Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Experience selling to large enterprises with deal sizes ranging from six to seven figures.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and decision-making cycles.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or enterprise software solutions is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the entire sales process for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with senior-level executives (C-suite, VP-level) within large enterprises and organizations.
- Develop a deep understanding of ReflexAI’s solutions to deliver compelling value propositions tailored to enterprise needs.
- Design and execute account strategies to penetrate and expand within key enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Accurately manage and forecast sales pipeline using CRM tool (HubSpot).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales approaches.
