Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex B2B SaaS or technology solutions to large enterprise accounts.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota with an average selling price (ASP) of $50,000 or higher.
  • Experience with strategic outbound prospecting and a track record of closing new business.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Ability to build pipelines independently within a target ICP.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into ROI-driven business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated use of strategic value-selling methodologies such as MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN.
  • Proficiency with core B2B sales tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn.
  • Experience in the IT or cybersecurity space.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for strategic deals within a named account territory.
  • Drive C-level and multi-threaded engagements with senior business and technical leaders.
  • Translate Electric’s capabilities into concrete business outcomes for executive buyers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Own prospecting, pipeline development, and deal execution.
  • Become a product expert, run product demos, and help define sales motion.
  • Partner with channel and partner sales teams to run efficient co-selling motions.
  • Mentor SMB and Mid-Market Account Executives on complex deal navigation.
  • Hit quarterly outreach, pipeline, and revenue targets.
