- Support program planning and execution through program management best practices
- Manage risk and dependencies across multiple programs and teams
- Support portfolio management practices and delivery pipeline
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on program goals, strategy, scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Contribute to technical requirements and design conversations
- Promote a culture of transparency, lean value-driven approaches, and servant leadership
- Ensure clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders
