Requirements
- 7+ years managing complex, multi-project or multi-program initiatives.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery accountability.
- Strong planning and roadmapping skills.
- Track record of proactive risk identification, escalation, and mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills with senior internal and client stakeholders.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Ability to build and maintain integrated program-level plans.
- Background in UX research, research operations, or research program management (preferred).
- Familiarity with research study lifecycles (preferred).
- Experience in professional services, agency, or consulting environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single accountable leader for end-to-end program success.
- Own integrated program roadmaps and timelines across studies and regions.
- Sequence work to balance risk, capacity, and priority.
- Resolve cross-functional resource conflicts and delivery trade-offs.
- Identify and track program-level risks and escalate with mitigation options.
- Maintain disciplined change governance and evaluate scope impact.
- Act as primary delivery voice to client stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Managers to validate delivery feasibility.
- Align UX Operations, Research, Recruitment, and Engineering teams.
- Drive scalable, repeatable improvements within the PM function.
