Requirements

  • Proven experience in Program or Project Management roles within cloud or technology-focused environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SCRUM methodologies and agile project management practices.
  • Solid expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • Experience implementing governance and risk management frameworks for large-scale and interconnected programs.
  • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery risks effectively.
  • Strong business and strategic mindset with the ability to connect technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Technical understanding of cloud technologies, including infrastructure, data, and development environments.
  • Ability to facilitate technical discussions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) within the GMT-3 time zone.
  • Based in Brazil, preferably in São Paulo or available for remote work within the country.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate complex cloud-related programs and projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong program governance structures, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and delivery expectations.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks across both agile and waterfall project environments.
  • Manage project scope, resource allocation, dependencies, and execution plans to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support strategic decision-making by connecting program outcomes to business value indicators such as ROI and TCO.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams to understand technical dependencies and support solution delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, stakeholder engagement, and delivery methodologies.
  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and effective reporting throughout all project lifecycle phases.
