Requirements

- Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Operations Support
- Strong written English communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting founders, coaches, or startups
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative workflows
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media
- Build and optimize automations and email campaigns in GoHighLevel
- Maintain clean CRM records and pipeline management
- Edit short-form videos and marketing clips
- Support participant onboarding and community administration
- Build prospect lists and conduct lead research
- Improve operational efficiency and maintain internal documentation
