Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Confidence working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Analytical mindset; problem-solving with structure and logic.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Clear communication ability.
Responsibilities
- Manage lead assignment logic and workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.
- Support commercial teams with clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for Sales, Lead Gen, CS, and Leadership.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose actionable improvements.
- Partner with Operations Partners on cross-functional initiatives.
- Support adoption of new tools and processes through documentation and enablement.
- Run small RevOps projects and contribute to commercial operations infrastructure.
