Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset; problem-solving with structure and logic.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Clear communication ability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage lead assignment logic and workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.
  • Support commercial teams with clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for Sales, Lead Gen, CS, and Leadership.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose actionable improvements.
  • Partner with Operations Partners on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support adoption of new tools and processes through documentation and enablement.
  • Run small RevOps projects and contribute to commercial operations infrastructure.
