Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of self-sourcing and closing enterprise deals exceeding $1M.
  • Experience in ESP, Personalization, CDP, or adjacent MarTech industries preferred.
  • Deep network within B2C organizations.
  • Ability to engage executives in digital, eCommerce, marketing, and customer experience roles.
  • Strategic and consultative sales mindset.
  • Ability to navigate conversations with both marketing and IT stakeholders.
  • Highly disciplined and self-motivated with a track record of exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by self-sourcing and qualifying enterprise opportunities within a vertical and semi-regional focus.
  • Lead high-value, consultative sales cycles, consistently closing seven-figure SaaS deals.
  • Engage and influence senior leaders such as CMOs, CTOs, and VPs of Digital/Ecommerce.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities.
  • Leverage marketing and event-generated leads while maintaining a proactive hunter approach.
  • Identify and develop strong champions and navigate complex layered buyer environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
