Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles
  • Experience responding to inbound leads or supporting a sales process preferred
  • Quota carrying experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort engaging prospective members via phone and email
  • High attention to responsiveness and follow-through
  • Natural empathy and customer-first mindset
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn consultative sales skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual performance goals

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text
  • Support efforts to improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations with prospective members
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services
  • Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits
  • Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings
  • Collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex or high-touch member conversations as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce
  • Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested
  • Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections to help improve sales processes
