Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a sales or design role in a service-based industry
- Experience with prospecting leads and relationship building
- Proven track record of sales and/or business development
- Experience bidding on projects and preparing proposals
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in wood flooring or adjacent service industry is a plus
- CAD experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prospect and build business partner relationships.
- Network through events, lunch and learns, and client visits.
- Maintain CRM activity, leads, and client information.
- Bid on projects and create proposals.
- Develop project layouts and CAD designs.
- Conduct new project site visits.
- Foster long-lasting customer relationships.
