Responsibilities
- Make 100% outbound calls from CRM leads (300 dials/day or 3 qualified sets)
- Re-engage abandoned carts and failed payments to move leads toward enrollment
- Support monthly virtual summits and help move leads along the sales funnel
- Attend daily training
- Hit KPIs set by management
