Requirements

- CRM experience (Salesforce)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with phone-based work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Manage outreach to warm inbound leads while monitoring inbound call queues.
- Actively manage and prioritize an individual lead pipeline.
- Establish rapport with prospective clients through professional and empathetic communication.
- Present REE Medical’s services and value proposition clearly and compliantly.
- Conduct accurate evaluations of disability severity using REE tools.
- Address objections while maintaining urgency.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Participate in coaching and training activities.
