  • Experience with benefits technology platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technology teams.
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership roadmap.
  • Identify emerging distribution models and technology platforms.
  • Design partnership frameworks to create sustainable distribution channels.
  • Establish executive-level relationships with brokers and carrier partners.
  • Develop joint business plans and growth objectives with partners.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Technology teams.
