- Experience with benefits technology platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technology teams.
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership roadmap.
- Identify emerging distribution models and technology platforms.
- Design partnership frameworks to create sustainable distribution channels.
- Establish executive-level relationships with brokers and carrier partners.
- Develop joint business plans and growth objectives with partners.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Technology teams.
- Establish performance metrics for partnership success.
