Requirements
- Approximately a decade of marketing experience in brand, community, and membership engagement
- Expertise in full-funnel lifecycle marketing and automation
- Proven data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and attribution models
- Direct experience in market expansion and brand launches
- Proven people management experience
- Experience with marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4)
- Deep interest in fitness and wellness
- Scrappy, AI-forward approach to marketing
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing tech stack to ensure accurate lead routing, attribution, and reporting
- Define and track KPIs across the full funnel
- Build the model that connects marketing spend to pipeline and revenue
- Own the customer journey from first touch through activation, retention, and upsell
- Build, optimize, and improve automated communication flows
- Lead regional and national expansion marketing and launch playbooks
- Define and evolve brand voice and visual identity
- Oversee creative production and influencer strategy
