Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Standardize reporting metrics and formats across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into analytics solutions.
- Present clear, easy-to-understand insights to stakeholders.
- Identify reporting gaps and process inefficiencies using data.
- Recommend improvements to workflows and reporting practices.
- Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and best practices.
- Support and guide junior analysts.
