Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in GTM planning, capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning.
  • High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for scalable data models.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for modeling.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and BI tools (Sigma or Tableau).
  • Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows.
  • Deep understanding of SDR/BDR motions, Partner ecosystems, and AE/AM lifecycle.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps.
  • Strong grasp of statistical concepts applied to sales velocity and forecasting.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the vision for GTM analytics within a multi-segment, global sales organization.
  • Manage the measurement framework for top-of-funnel outbound and partnerships.
  • Maintain the source of truth for sales and account management performance metrics.
  • Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles including territory definition and capacity modeling.
  • Ensure data integrity across the revenue engine.
  • Bridge marketing spend and sales output for a unified full-funnel view.
  • Build predictive models for sales attainment and revenue forecasting.
  • Oversee executive-level dashboards for GTM efficiency.
  • Direct and mentor a team of 7 GTM analysts.
