Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in GTM planning, capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning.
- High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for scalable data models.
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for modeling.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and BI tools (Sigma or Tableau).
- Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows.
- Deep understanding of SDR/BDR motions, Partner ecosystems, and AE/AM lifecycle.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps.
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts applied to sales velocity and forecasting.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Execute the vision for GTM analytics within a multi-segment, global sales organization.
- Manage the measurement framework for top-of-funnel outbound and partnerships.
- Maintain the source of truth for sales and account management performance metrics.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles including territory definition and capacity modeling.
- Ensure data integrity across the revenue engine.
- Bridge marketing spend and sales output for a unified full-funnel view.
- Build predictive models for sales attainment and revenue forecasting.
- Oversee executive-level dashboards for GTM efficiency.
- Direct and mentor a team of 7 GTM analysts.
