Requirements

  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
  • Experience leading teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling and quota setting.
  • High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM).
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
  • Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows.
  • Strong grasp of statistical concepts applied to sales velocity and forecasting.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Execute the vision for GTM analytics for a global sales organization.
  • Manage measurement frameworks for Top-of-Funnel and Partnerships.
  • Maintain the source of truth for Sales and Account Management performance.
  • Drive execution of annual and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Act as a pillar for data governance and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics for a unified view of the revenue engine.
  • Build predictive models for sales attainment and revenue pacing.
  • Oversee executive-level dashboards for real-time visibility.
  • Direct and mentor a team of 7 GTM analysts.
